About Our Hospital 

Kindred Hospital Indianapolis South is a 60-bed facility that features all private rooms. We are licensed by the state of Indiana as an acute care hospital and we are certified by Medicare and Medicaid and accredited by The Joint Commission.

Kindred Hospital Indianapolis South has an 8-bed intensive care telemetry capability in medical/surgical units, special negative airflow isolation rooms, dialysis service in patient rooms and a dialysis suite. Physicians from several major short-term acute care hospitals practice at our facility. We also have physicians who remain in-house at night to provide night physician coverage.

We provide specialty care for medically complex patients requiring a prolonged hospitalization and rehabilitation.
